Sir,

With due honour and humble submission we, the students of your college, beg most respectfully to state that we want to start a common room in our college campus. Our college is a reputed college where about 1200 students are studying. But there is no common room in our college. It is a matter of great sorrow. Most of the students come to college from distant places. They have to stay longer in the college campus. It is difficult for them to pass this long period without a little recreation in the common room. Sometimes they go to road side club to enjoy gossiping. Now, we are in a great problem for want of a common room. So, we keenly feel the necessity of opening a common room in the college.

         In the above circumstances, we pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant our payer and oblige thereby.
