Sir,

With due honour and humble submission we, the students of your college, beg most respectfully to state that we want to go on a study tour / excursion. Our college is a reputed college where about 1200 students are studying. But there is no system of study tour in our college. It is a matter of great sorrow. Most of the students come to college from distant places. They have to stay longer in the college campus. It is difficult for them to pass this long period without a little recreation. Sometimes they go to visit different places of Bangladesh individually. Now, we are in a great problem for want of an excursion. So, we keenly feel the necessity of going on an excursion from college.

      In the above circumstances, we pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant our payer and oblige thereby.
