Introduction:- (N.E) is name of a great problem in our country. There is nobody in our country that does not hear such a problem. In developed countries, it is problem. But in developing countries, it is a problem. Such kind of problem is not created in a day or in a month or in a year. It is a continuous problem. It is a man made problem. It is also a global problem. Through this problem we have to go ahead. This is a problem like a cronic disease. No cronic disease can be cured within a short time. Just like a cronic disease, this can not be solved within a short time. We should not be forgotten that there are numerous problems in our country.    

Body of the idea:-  It is one of the greatest problems of our country. Most of the third world countries have to face this problem severely. (N.P) causes social unrest and throws the peaceful society down to the dust. This is going out of control day by day creating other problems. Everyday we find the news of it in the dailies. (N.P) is a serious social problem. It creates another problem too. We can not think a happy life because of it. It hampers not only the charms but also the progress of our life. On account of this problem, people have to suffer a lot. The bad effect of it can better be felt than described. Nobody can remain idle in the face of such vital problem like (N.P). The Government should take measures to check it. Besides all of up irrespective castle, creed, colour, religion and age should lunch a massive campaign against this problem. If we want to survive in this society, we should solve this problem within a short time.

Conclusion:- There are many ways of solving this problem. At first, government should take preventive steps to remove this problem. Then conscious people can play a vital role in solving this problem. Finally the law enforcing agencies must be active to punish those who are involved in creating this problem.
